By using Leave me Alone ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Leave me Alone is a privacy advocacy tool that helps you send AI-crafted emails to friends and family, encouraging them to switch from data-harvesting apps to privacy-respecting alternatives. Emails are sent via Proton Mail and content is generated by Proton Lumo.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Sharing your account password with others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without warning.
You may not use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
You may not add contacts without their knowledge or send emails that violate applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: persuading people to adopt more private communication tools. You must not:

Send misleading, fraudulent, or malicious emails.
Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the platform.

5. AI-Generated Content

Email content is generated by AI (Proton Lumo). While we strive for accuracy and relevance, we make no guarantees about the quality, tone, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing emails before sending.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: email delivery failures, AI content quality, or actions taken by recipients based on sent emails.

7. Data Privacy

Your privacy matters. We collect no logs, no analytics, and no tracking data. All emails are sent through encrypted channels. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently purged within 7 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, where we have our headquarters.

            Remember: You are in control. Delete your account anytime from your dashboard. No logs, no tracking, no nonsense.
