Leave me Alone ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our service.

            Our Promise: We collect no logs, no analytics, and no tracking data. Your information stays yours.
        

1. What We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the service:

Account information: your email address and a hashed password.
Contact information: names, email addresses, and app preferences you add to your campaigns.
Email logs: delivery status (sent/failed) and timestamps so you can see campaign activity.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

Send AI-crafted privacy advocacy emails on your behalf via Proton Mail end-to-end encrypted email provider that does not read your messages.
Generate email content using Proton Lumo a privacy-first AI that does not train on your data.
Display your campaign activity in your dashboard.

3. No Logging or Tracking

We do not log your IP address, browser fingerprint, or any other analytics. We do not use cookies for tracking. The only persistent data stored is what you explicitly enter into the app.

4. Email & AI Providers

All emails are sent through Proton Mail (encrypted) and all AI content is generated by Proton Lumo. Both services are operated by Proton AG, a Swiss company known for its strong privacy protections. Neither provider trains on your data or shares it with third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is queued for deletion and permanently purged within 7 days.

6. Your Rights

You can:

Access all your data at any time through your dashboard.
Delete your account immediately from the dashboard settings. All your data is permanently removed within 7 days.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Emails are sent through Proton Mail's encrypted infrastructure.

8. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. The only data shared is with Proton AG (Proton Mail and Proton Lumo) solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email.
