• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your Sender_ID. Any activity performed under your Sender_ID is your responsibility.
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Illicit Activity: Engage in any illegal activity or facilitate the same.
2. Harassment & Abuse: Harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity.
3. Spam & Phishing: Send unsolicited bulk messages, phishing attempts, or otherwise misuse communication features.
4. Malicious Conduct: Distribute viruses, malware, or conduct any activity that interferes with the Site’s operation.
5. Intellectual Property Infringement: Upload, post, or transmit content that infringes third‑party rights.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, removal of offending content, and/or legal action.

5. User‑Generated Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating the Webservice.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your content.
• Removal: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content that violates these Terms or our policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software on the Site (excluding user‑generated content) are the property of the Site owner or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
